GDI - CYCLE COUNTER - PURCHASING DEPT. / 1ST SHIFT
Great Day Mfg has an opening for a Cycle Counter in the Purchasing Department. This position will focus on inventory cycle counting and to track and monitor inventory within the warehouse to ensure system accuracy. Requires strong reliance on accuracy, control, monitoring and coordination to confirm inventory & investigate count discrepancies. Assist with materials movement transaction & warehouse duties as directed by the Purchasing Manager.

The Human Resources - Benefits/Total Rewards Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting benefits administration and other aspects of Total Rewards, ensuring accuracy, understanding of financial matters, precise and accurate data reconciliation, and adeptness in data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytics skills, excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively. In addition to strong benefits support, the role will involve tasks such as compensation analysis, payroll support, M&A support, and contributing to the development and implementation of Total Rewards strategies.
Great Day Improvements - Manufacturing Order Processing Lead
Serve as the direct contact for branches, the plant floor, and vendors for all types of service questions.
Main duties range; from focus on data entry, order tracking, and communication with vendors and the plant floor. Ensure proper order placement and timely order entry; communicate customer request to operations; and ensure proper shipment, invoicing, and delivery. Strive to be proficient in all aspects of the Manufacturing Department to be able to Supervise the Customer Service Team.
QUALIFIED APPLICANT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION ORDER PROCESSING OF MANUFACTURED GOODS.
The Area Installation Manager (AIM) is responsible for overseeing the operations from material arrival to completion of the project. The AIM will also be responsible for all service and warranty in the branches they oversee. The AIM position will oversee part of a Region consisting of two or more locations-with direct reports in each location.
Area Installation Managers generaly earn up to $70k in their first year.
MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENT / CONSTRUCTION EXPEREINCE
The Installation Supervisor (IS) is responsible for getting the crews out each day, training crews, reviewing difficult jobs, and ensuring that all jobs are installed in accordance with company guidelines. The Installation Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring sub-contractor quality and performance. The Installation Supervisor may be responsible for measures and breakouts, helping crews finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customer to review difficult or complicated jobs. This would include but not limited to, reviewing/executing project schedules, assist with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed, monitoring work progress, customer updates in our job software, and monitoring labor expenses.
UP TO $22 HOURLY with FULL BENEFITS + OVERTIME + VACATION & PTO
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE & CLEAN BACKGROUND
The Carpenter will be responsible for complex carpentry projects, site prep work, as well as learning the installation of all GDI product lines. May be assigned to lead and supervise a carpentry project. The supervision of Apprentices will also include training, planning, assigning, and directing work in accordance with GDI’s policies and installation practices.
Advancement to Lead Carpenter may be offered as openings are available due to branch need. This will also be determined by a number of factors such as overall job knowledge, skill level, quality of performance, adherence to all company policies and procedures, safety, and attendance.
