You are responsible to Manage, Train, and hold your team Accountable to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals, while performing at the highest quality level to ensure code compliance and high customer satisfaction. The division team under your responsibility could include: Service/Measure Technicians, Employee and Sub-Contractor Installers. This role requires early starting times and can sometimes include working Saturdays.

Champion Window - Sunroom Trainer   As the Sunroom Installation Trainer, you will demonstrate and instruct Champion installers on the installation of Sunrooms including walls, windows, roofs, support structures, and doors.  Up to 90% travel with travel required Sunday through Friday

As the Sunroom Support Manager, you will be responsible to sub manage and support assigned locations sunroom teams with the assigned ROM/TIM.  Manage each assigned location to company time standards to control cycle times.  SSM will review sales contracts for accuracy and completeness for job being contracted. Incomplete or incorrect documentation will be sent back to sales rep and DSM putting the job on hold status until corrections are made.  Upon completion of breakdown, any job outside of selling parameters will be sent to VP of Sales for Approval.   After measure of sunroom, if job cannot be constructed to Champion engineering and standards, job should be sent to Factory Rep, DSM, and SOM with explanation and corrections needed for job on hold.   Any corrective actions for the Sunroom IS’s should be worked thru with the AIM and SOM (possible HR) before administered.    Occasional travel to locations for centralized roll out.  Assist the Maintain Sunroom Centralization team communication and calls in case of absence of SOM.
