Director of Sales
Under the leadership and direction of the EVP of Champion and President and COO of Great Day, this senior position is a key contributor that will achieve results through collaboration and influence in a matrixed, cross-functional organization. Will act as a change agent and be responsible for leading core strategic initiatives to support the continued growth and development of the sales organization.
With specific focus on:
Sales – Growth, Strategy, Execution, and Leadership
Training, On-Boarding, and Development - for both sales colleagues and sales leaders
Culture - Develop & nurture the continued evolution of the Champion Brand selling, service - customer centric culture.
Performs these duties personally or through others. Key partnerships with the Regional Managers, leadership cross Champion and all Great Day Brands, Finance, Human Resources and other shared services as we ensure performance and growth of Champion and Great Day through strong sales management and sales force development with focus on performance.
Champion Window / Great Day Improvements - VP of IT (Infrastructure and Security)
Our VP of IT Infrastructure and Security, is responsible for overseeing the infrastructure, marketing technology, legacy CRM, digital tools, website, and support services of the company, as well as cyber security. You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our technology systems, while also driving innovation and growth within the IT department.
