Champion Windows - Manufacturing Team Lead     The Manufacturing Team Lead has a strong character and is constantly problem-solving and engaging with employees. This individual leads the department on communication, monitoring production hour by hour, and troubleshooting issues immediately affecting production. This individual’s primary function is to ensure the department operates properly, safely, and efficiently each day instead of operating a piece of equipment. At this level, there are key responsibilities for which a Team Lead will be held accountable. The following are the critical expectations of all individuals in the Team Lead position.   Pay range: $20.35 - $22.00 per hour

Champion Window - Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift / Glass Department)   As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading their department, ensuring the daily production schedule is met, team members are working safely and following policies, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset/environment. They will also be developing Team Leads and associates to improve their manufacturing capabilities.   Comp Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year / 2nd Shift
