Great Day Improvements / Champion Windows - Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift   As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining current manufacturing equipment and assisting in developing and implementing changes in pursuit of continuous improvement goals. Must understand company mechanical integrity needs and maintain a Predictive Maintenance system in support of these requirements. Has knowledge of electronic and mechanical maintenance with regard to advanced fabrication equipment.

Champion Windows - 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor (Bilingual-Spanish A Plus)   As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading their department, ensuring the daily production schedule is met, team members are working safely and following policies, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset/environment. They will also be developing Team Leads and associates to improve their manufacturing capabilities.   Pay Range:  $65,000 to $75,000 per year / 3rd Shift
