Our Customer Care Specialists are the first point of contact with customers and are responsible for the BEST first impression!
Their primary responsibility is to assist new customers in scheduling a free design consultation with one of our Design Consultants.
We are seeking PART TIME – DAYS & WEEKENDS.
The Installation Supervisor (IS) is responsible for getting the crews out each day, training crews, reviewing difficult jobs, and ensuring that all jobs are installed in accordance with company guidelines. The Installation Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring sub-contractor quality and performance. The Installation Supervisor may be responsible for measures and breakouts, helping crews finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customer to review difficult or complicated jobs. This would include but not limited to, reviewing/executing project schedules, assist with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed, monitoring work progress, customer updates in our job software, and monitoring labor expenses.
UP TO $24 HOURLY with FULL BENEFITS + OVERTIME + VACATION & PTO
The Carpenter will be responsible for complex carpentry projects, site prep work, as well as learning the installation of all GDI product lines. May be assigned to lead and supervise a carpentry project. The supervision of Apprentices will also include training, planning, assigning, and directing work in accordance with GDI’s policies and installation practices.
Advancement to Carpenter may be offered as openings are available due to branch need. This will also be determined by a number of factors such as overall job knowledge, skill level, quality of performance, adherence to all company policies and procedures, safety, and attendance.
