Champion Window is seeking for a Lead Carpenter / Installer! As a Lead Carpenter / Installer, you will lead the installation process of Champion built Sunrooms including walls, windows, roofs, support structures, and doors to ensure customer satisfaction. Why Champion?

Champion Window - Construction / Installation Supervisor   As an Installation Supervisor, you are the technical construction and product installation expert in our core products (windows, sunrooms if required, doors siding). You are responsible to Manage, Train, and hold your team Accountable to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals, while performing at the highest quality level to ensure code compliance and high customer satisfaction. The division team under your responsibility could include: Service/Measure Technicians, Employee and Sub-Contractor Installers. This role requires early starting times and can sometimes include working Saturdays.

OUR TOP FIELD SUPERVISORS EARN UP TO $24 HOURLY + BENEFITS & PTO   The Field Supervisor (FS) is responsible for supervising the field operations teams (GDI and subcontractors). This would include but not limited to, reviewing project schedules, training new installers and/or subcontractors, monitoring work progress, monitoring expenses, field measures, permits, helping crews start/finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs.

UP TO $19 HOURLY with FULL BENEFITS + VACATION + BONUSES (IN OFFICE POSITION- NO REMOTE)   The Customer Advocate (CA) is the facilitator between Great Day Improvements, LLC (GDI) customers and the company. This position will be cross trained in various office roles for PTO coverage as well. The CA will be empowered to provide customers with assistance in all areas of the project.

PAYING $17 to $22 HOURLY with OVERTIME & BENEFITS   The Installer will be responsible for site prep work, simple carpentry work, as well as the installation of all GDI product lines. Champion Window - Customer Support Specialist (on-site position)   As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work with customer support concerns, including scheduling warranty appointments, ordering parts, and maintain customer records through the process of installation and service.   NOT a reomote position - on-site position.
