The Area Installation Manager (AIM) is responsible for overseeing the operations from material arrival to completion of the project. The AIM will also be responsible for all service and warranty in the branches they oversee. The AIM position will oversee part of a Region consisting of two or more locations-with direct reports in each location.   Area Installation Managers generaly earn up to $70k in their first year.
