Champion Window - Construction / Installation Supervisor   As an Installation Supervisor, you are the technical construction and product installation expert in our core products (windows, sunrooms if required, doors siding). You are responsible to Manage, Train, and hold your team Accountable to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals, while performing at the highest quality level to ensure code compliance and high customer satisfaction. The division team under your responsibility could include: Service/Measure Technicians, Employee and Sub-Contractor Installers. This role requires early starting times and can sometimes include working Saturdays.

OUR TOP FIELD SUPERVISORS EARN UP TO $24 HOURLY + BENEFITS & PTO   The Field Supervisor (FS) is responsible for supervising the field operations teams (GDI and subcontractors). This would include but not limited to, reviewing project schedules, training new installers and/or subcontractors, monitoring work progress, monitoring expenses, field measures, permits, helping crews start/finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs.

PAYING $17 to $22 HOURLY with OVERTIME & BENEFITS   The Installer will be responsible for site prep work, simple carpentry work, as well as the installation of all GDI product lines. The Installer may assist with the training, planning, assigning, and directing of work for the Apprentice in accordance with GDI’s policies and installation practices.
