Champion Window - Construction / Installation Supervisor   As an Installation Supervisor, you are the technical construction and product installation expert in our core products (windows, sunrooms if required, doors siding). You are responsible to Manage, Train, and hold your team Accountable to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals, while performing at the highest quality level to ensure code compliance and high customer satisfaction. The division team under your responsibility could include: Service/Measure Technicians, Employee and Sub-Contractor Installers. Your Home Improvement Company - Service Technician   As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing all service-related items assigned by the Senior Service Manager. This will include; but not limited to, warranty related repairs and assessments of windows, bathroom remodels and kitchen reface projects. This is a customer care driven hands on residential construction position. We provide a company truck and pay for all gas and maintenance. This position will require some travel and you may be away from home up to a week at a time.
