K-Designers - Marketing Manager (Direct Response)   As a Marketing Manager (Direct Response), you will be responsible for partnering with the VP of Marketing to strategize, deploy, and analyze the media strategy for one brand, K-Designers, under the Great Day Improvements umbrella. You will need experience in direct response (lead generation) marketing and possess the ability to analyze data and make decisions and glean insights through data analysis. The Marketing Manager will track a number of key performance indicators (KPI’s), including Cost per Opportunity (CPO), Response Rates, and Cost of Marketing (COM%), among others. This individual will be responsible for making recommendations on media strategy, with a focus on Print, Direct Mail, DRTV, Digital (PPC and Social) and Email marketing.   As the right candidate, you will be confident in your decision making and provide data-backed recommendations for the brand’s media strategy. This role is responsible for being the on-site Marketing expert in the Sacramento office and will work closely with the Call Center Manager and the SVP to make decisions and troubleshoot areas of concern.   This position will be an individual contributor during the time of hire, but that may change as business needs shift.

This position will focus on inventory cycle counting and to track and monitor inventory within the warehouse to ensure system accuracy. Great Day Improvements - Manufacturing Order Processing Lead   Serve as the direct contact for branches, the plant floor, and vendors for all types of service questions.   Main duties range; from focus on data entry, order tracking, and communication with vendors and the plant floor. Ensure proper order placement and timely order entry; communicate customer request to operations; and ensure proper shipment, invoicing, and delivery. The Installation Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring sub-contractor quality and performance. The Installation Supervisor may be responsible for measures and breakouts, helping crews finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customer to review difficult or complicated jobs. This would include but not limited to, reviewing/executing project schedules, assist with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed, monitoring work progress, customer updates in our job software, and monitoring labor expenses.

May be assigned to lead and supervise a carpentry project. The supervision of Apprentices will also include training, planning, assigning, and directing work in accordance with GDI’s policies and installation practices. Advancement to Lead Carpenter may be offered as openings are available due to branch need. This will also be determined by a number of factors such as overall job knowledge, skill level, quality of performance, adherence to all company policies and procedures, safety, and attendance.
