The Operations Administrator (OA) is responsible for ensuring that all administrative, scheduling, and clerical functions are performed in accordance with company guidelines. The OA is responsible for scheduling and coordinating leads, installations, customer services, management reports, accounting functions, etc. In locations with more than one OA, one may function as the “go-to” person for administrative matters when the Regional Manager or Regional Operations Manager is out of the office.
Great Day Improvements Manufacturing (Macedonia, OH) - CAD Designer
As the CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating CAD drawings of projects scaled to site measurements and detailed project plans. Maintain master files of standard CAD detail library for accuracy and efficiency of drawings. Coordinate and create permit drawings and specifications required to secure local building permits.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
UP TO $19 HOURLY with FULL BENEFITS + VACATION + BONUSES (IN OFFICE POSITION- NO REMOTE)
The Customer Advocate (CA) is the facilitator between Great Day Improvements, LLC (GDI) customers and the company. This position will be cross trained in various office roles for PTO coverage as well. The CA will be empowered to provide customers with assistance in all areas of the project.

This would include but not limited to, reviewing project schedules, training new installers and/or subcontractors, monitoring work progress, monitoring expenses, field measures, permits, helping crews start/finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs.
PAYING $17 to $22 HOURLY with OVERTIME & BENEFITS
The Installer will be responsible for site prep work, simple carpentry work, as well as the installation of all GDI product lines. The Installer may assist with the training, planning, assigning, and directing of work for the Apprentice in accordance with GDI’s policies and installation practices.
