Universal Windows Direct - Event Setup Coordinator


The Event Setup Coordinator will be responsible for setting up at UWD’s marketing events and ensuring everything is properly organized prior to the event starting. This role may also tear down after the completion of the events ensuring that all items are propertly put away, returned to the warehouse, and stored safely. 


  • Loads and unloads event equipment.
  • Delivers event marketing items to the correct location
  • Attenda trade shows and ensures flawless set up of event items
  • Establishes and maintans relationships with other event team members and communicates with onsite staff to ensure everything is properly set up and organized.
  • May participate in tearing down event items as well as delivering equipment to storage location.
  • Keeps event marketing items organized and in good condition
  • May also cross train as an event marketer to earn additional hours and income. 


• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience setting up at events and tradeshows.
• Be able to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly, as well as stand, sit, stoop, climb, lift and reach for marketing items. 
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and desire to assist customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Drivers License in good standing, preferably over 21 years old due to rental guidelines.
  • Experience driving box trucks, loading and unloading trucks, working on loading docks, and following deliver instructions whether written or verbal.
