Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market, is currently seeking a driven and experienced Area Installation Manager (AIM) to lead installation operations across multiple locations within a designated Region.
The AIM is responsible for overseeing the customer journey from material arrival through project completion, while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on leadership position with responsibility for installation, service, warranty, people, performance, and profitability across two or more locations.

Base Salary: $70,000
Quarterly Performance Bonus
Estimated Total Compensation: $95,000–$110,000

Manage day-to-day installation operations across multiple locations within an assigned Region, requiring daily/weekly travel between branches and job sites.
Maintain rolling 45-day installation schedules for each assigned branch in alignment with revenue and production goals.
Monitor labor and material costs to ensure performance remains within established branch budgets.
Review installation schedules and project timelines with customers to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and met.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify scheduling, labor, material, or operational issues that could impact completion.
Communicate operational concerns, challenges, and opportunities with the Regional Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
Perform job measures and review job orders to ensure projects are properly prepared for installation.
Conduct regular job-site visits to verify installations are being completed according to company standards, specifications, and quality guidelines.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve installation efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.
Oversee service and warranty activities for all assigned branch locations.
Ensure service and warranty issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Monitor recurring installation or quality issues and work with field teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the installation, service, and warranty process.
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage field personnel, including:
Installation Supervisors
Field Supervisors
Installation Staff
Subcontractors
Establish clear performance expectations and hold field teams accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Coach and develop team members to improve performance and create a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Conduct weekly installation and safety meetings with installation teams.
Build strong communication and teamwork between field personnel, branch management, and regional leadership.
Ensure all company safety standards, policies, and procedures are consistently reviewed, communicated, and implemented in the field.
Conduct regular job-site inspections to ensure safe work practices and compliance with company guidelines.
Immediately address unsafe conditions or practices and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Reinforce installation quality standards through field inspections, coaching, and weekly team meetings.
Promote a culture where safety, quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction are non-negotiable.
Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve branch productivity, profitability, and installation capacity.
Partner with Regional and Branch leadership to support company and Regional goals.
Take ownership of operational challenges and drive issues through to resolution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
