- Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability.
- Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities.
- Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math / computer applications.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or sales certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
