Apex - Operations Manager

As the Operations/Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and field support activities to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction. This role supervises material handling, maintains warehouse organization and cleanliness, manages installation inventory, audits labor billing, prepares job packets for installers and technicians, and coordinates customer communication for scheduling and collections. Also, the Operations/Warehouse Manager conducts site and field audits as needed to support operational excellence and quality standards.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

• Hands-on supervision of warehouse operations including loading/unloading materials
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness/organization of the warehouse facility
• Management and oversight of inventory – installation and material
• Review and audit labor bills daily
• Stage warehouse and provide installers and technicians with job packets
• Call homeowners to schedule installations as needed
• Call homeowners for collections as needed
• Site and Field Audits as needed

You have:
• Previous warehouse management experience
• Previous inventory management experience
