Summary

The Program Manager, Enterprise Product & Platform is a delivery leader within the ETI team responsible for overseeing and integrating multiple related projects running in parallel under a single program umbrella. This role is responsible for program-level outcomes while ensuring that concurrent workstreams with shared infrastructure, dependencies, and stakeholders are coordinated, sequenced, and governed as a unified whole.

The Program Manager defines the program architecture, manages interdependencies across parallel project tracks, and ensures that delivery sequencing, shared resource allocation, and integrated risk management support the broader enterprise objective the program is designed to achieve. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution translating executive intent into a coordinated, multi-project delivery model that produces compounding business value across the life of the program.

This is an individual contributor role that operates with a high degree of autonomy. The Program Manager exercises indirect influence over project managers and delivery teams embedded within the program, providing direction, escalation support, and cross-team coordination without formal supervisory authority. Issues requiring portfolio-level trade-offs, resource conflicts, or escalation beyond the program are raised to the Director
