The Bath Authority - Service Supervisor
The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing service scheduling and coordination on all Bath Authority projects. The Service Supervisor position will oversee service coordinating of all TBA locations. Responsible for scheduling of Service Technicians and 1099 Crew, this position maintains communication with our customers throughout the service and ensures complete customer satisfaction. The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning revenue/profitability and meeting those monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. The Service Supervisor will collaborate with the Director of Operations and Customer Care Manager in continuing improvement efforts to improve customer satisfaction, reduce services and increase profitability. In addition, this position will be responsible for the management of Accounts Receivables and Collection efforts.
