Now Hiring Entry Level Manufacturing Associates

 

1st Shift $15.00 per hr & 2nd Shift $16.50 per hr

 

w/ a 90-day retention bonus of $500!

 

Champion hires through a contract-to-hire program that offers on-the-job training and opportunities exist for advancement. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be fabricating and assembling our custom-made windows, doors, and patio rooms components. This is a full-time position with no prior experience required. 1st Shift Hours 6am-2:30pm M-F w/ occasional OT on Saturday

 

2nd Shift Hours 3pm-1:30am M-TH w/ occasional OT on Friday

Responsibilities

  • Assembling casements, screens, and panels by hand, with hand tools, or by operating equipment as necessary to produce and process products

  • Operating machines
  •  

    Cutting materials such as glass, metal, or wood

  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Trade school background or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work occasional overtime including some Saturdays
  • Basic math skills related to measuring / verifying dimensions
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent hand / eye coordination
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Able to understand and comply with all company policies and procedures
  • A positive attitude and solid attendance record!
