Location: Waite Park, MN (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM Pay: $18/hour + Bonuses Job Type: Full-Time

We’re now looking for a Contact Center Dispatcher to join our marketing room team in Waite Park, MN.
Responsibilities:
· Assign confirmed customer appointments to maximize sales team efficiency.
· Make quick, informed decisions to solve scheduling challenges.
· Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Use data entry skills to update and maintain our computer system.
· Provide excellent customer experience through strong communication and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Dispatcher or call room experience preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate).
· Strong communication and active listening skills.
· Dependable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
· Critical thinker who stays calm under pressure.
· Proficient in typing and data entry.
