YHIC- Contact Center Dispatcher 

 

 Your Home Improvement Company is looking for a full-time Dispatcher in our marketing room. Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, 12:00PM-9PM. Experience from a call room is preferred, but not necessary, as we will be willing to train the right Candidate.  Pay is $18.00/hour plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assigning confirmed appointments to ensure sales team efficiency.
  • Making prompt, informed decisions to address challenges and provide solutions.
  • Effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks to support daily operations.
  • Demonstrating strong forecasting and planning capabilities.
  • Utilizing data entry skills to navigate and update our computer system.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a related role.
  • Strong Customer Experience skills
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry.
  • A strong knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and surrounding regions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Active listening skills and exceptional verbal communication.
  • Strong character, critical thinking abilities, and sound judgment.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure.
