Apex - Regional Recruiter
Apex Energy Solutions is seeking a driven, high-energy Regional Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across their assigned region. This role is critical to fueling our growth and building winning teams that embody our culture and values. You’ll be responsible for recruiting top talent for Canvassers (JSP), Sales Professionals (SSP), and Sales Managers (MSP), while living and promoting #thatapexlifestyle every step of the way.

Compensation:
• Base Salary- $50,000 per year
• Bonus Structure:
o Junior Partners: $200 at 30 days, $800 at 90 days ($1,000 total).
o Senior Partners:$300 at 30 days, $1200 at 90 days ($1,500 total).
o MSPs: $2,000 at 90 days.
• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent for JSP, SSP, and MSP roles within your region.
• Manage all aspects of sourcing, including creative ad placement, targeted outreach, college career fairs, and campus visits.
• Conduct engaging phone screenings and initial interviews to identify high-potential candidates.
• Organize and lead dynamic group interview sessions that excite and inspire future team members.
• Sell candidates on Apex — communicating our unique culture, strong growth opportunities, and what it means to live #thatapexlifestyle.
• Guide candidates seamlessly to final interviews with Canvass Managers and MSPs, ensuring a professional and motivating experience.
• Maintain a strong, active pipeline to meet and exceed regional hiring goals.
• Partner closely with regional leadership to stay aligned with business needs and hiring targets.
• Track recruiting performance metrics and continuously optimizing strategies to improve outcomes.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, sales recruiting, or a similar fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Strong ability to communicate, influence, and connect with a wide range of candidates.
• Confident public speaker and group facilitator who can energize a room.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure and tight timelines.
• Willingness and excitement to travel for college recruiting events, job fairs, and market support.
