Great Day Improvements is looking for a driven and experienced Regional Installation Manager to oversee and execute installation projects across multiple sites within your designated region. Representing top-tier brands like Universal Windows Direct, The Bath Authority, and APEX, you'll lead installation teams to deliver exceptional home improvement solutions with precision, professionalism, and pride.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a passion for operations, customer satisfaction, and high-quality craftsmanship.
**Plumbing/Bath Experience A PLUS**
👥 Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of installation technicians and subcontractors to deliver consistent, high-quality work that meets company standards.
📅 Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee installation projects from start to finish—on time, on budget, and on point.
🛠️ Resource Optimization: Strategically manage people, tools, and materials to boost efficiency and cut costs without compromising quality.
🔍 Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure every installation meets our gold-standard for excellence and safety.
🤝 Client Engagement: Be the go-to contact for clients in your region—build trust, provide updates, resolve issues, and exceed expectations.
⚠️ Safety First: Champion a culture of safety by enforcing OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at every site.
💰 Budget Tracking: Keep a close eye on the numbers—monitor budgets, manage expenses, and report financials to leadership.
📊 Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports on project progress, team output, and regional KPIs.
💡 Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline processes, improve team workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction.
📘 Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; relevant fields include Construction Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
🛠️ Experience:
Minimum 5 years in installation, construction, or project management—with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
💼 Skills & Competencies:
👥 Proven leadership and team management skills
📅 Strong organizational and project execution abilities
🧩 Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar platforms)
🏗️ In-depth understanding of installation processes, industry standards, and compliance
📣 Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills
🔄 Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
📜 Certifications (Preferred but not required):
Project Management Professional (PMP)
OSHA 30
Other industry-specific certifications
🚗 Travel Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver’s license
🏢 This role involves a hybrid work environment—a mix of office tasks, on-site installation visits, and regional travel.
🕒 Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to ensure timely project completion.
