Monday thru Friday 6am-2:30p + Saturday Overtime Mandatory
The Shipping Dock Loader plays a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain process by ensuring that products are
loaded onto trucks and containers efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for organizing and managing the
loading dock operations, which directly impacts on the timely delivery of goods to customers. The ideal candidate will
work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to coordinate loading schedules and ensure that all safety protocols are
followed. Attention to detail is essential, as the role involves verifying the accuracy of shipments. Ultimately, the
Shipping Dock Loader contributes to the overall success of the company by facilitating smooth shipping operations and
enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Load and unload products from trucks by hand, occasionally using forklifts and other equipment.
• Verify the accuracy of shipments by checking items against paperwork.
• Organize and maintain the loading dock area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with shipping staff to coordinate loading schedules and prioritize shipments.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing loading and unloading tasks.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other loading equipment, which are essential for safely moving
some products in and out of the shipping dock.
• Attention to detail is critical, as the Shipping Dock Loader must accurately verify shipments based on

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged standing
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and additional weight with assistance continually.
• Must be able to work in fluctuating temperatures.
