K-Designers - Call Center Team Leader
Tues-Sat 7am-4pm
$19.00 hr + bonuses
Responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting call center agents in achieving performance targets. This role involves monitoring team activities, providing coaching and training, handling escalations, and ensuring adherence to service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance overall team productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise a team of call center agents, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Monitor real-time call center activities and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training agents to enhance their skills and customer service capabilities.
• Assist in resolving escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the Call Center Manager to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of performance metrics, attendance, and other key operational
data.
• Motivate and support team members to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance call center operations
• Review, manage and approve team timecards for accuracy, missing punches and to assess attendance points

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
