• Use a prepared script to make outbound calls and explain our home remodeling offerings
• Persuade customers to book free estimates at times that suit their schedules
• Accurately verify and enter customer details into our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure seamless follow-up

• Outgoing, friendly, and persuasive communication style
• Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, CRM experience is a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
