Overview

Apex - Customer Care Representative

 

The Customer Care Representative will provide leadership to the Customer Experience team and support all functions supporting departmental needs.

He/She will be motivated and dedicated to providing the best customer service to our customers and partners.

 

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

 

· Perform general duties to support the operations of the customer experience department.

· Oversee and coordinate the Field Technician’s calendar to schedule services quickly and efficiently for customer satisfaction. This includes working directly with customers to determine service needs.

· Monitor and evaluate the goals and KPIs for the Customer Experience Department. Provide changes as needed to department binder to ensure processes and procedures are in place so that goals can be met

· Order and track service materials as needed

· Oversee AR

· Schedule installations

· Advise others how to solve customer related problems and can lead larger team efforts which involve multi-departmental or interdisciplinary efforts.

· Creates and maintains an environment that promotes teamwork, cooperation to shared goals and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

 

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous CRM experience preferred.

· Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.

· Strong organizational, decision making and supervisory skills

 

$22-$26/Hour

 

Education and Experience:

 

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

· Minimum of 2-3 years in a management or leadership role.

· Previous administrative, customer service, and/or related work experience.

· Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Physical Requirements:

 

· Prolonged periods sitting working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
