Champion Windows - Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager plays a vital role in leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support organizational growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will drive strategic initiatives across direct mail, collateral creation, promotional campaigns, video production, and brand support—while ensuring consistent execution aligned with corporate standards and business objectives. The Marketing Manager will lead vendor relationships, oversee creative and content development, and serve as a cross-functional collaborator to support enterprise-wide marketing initiatives.
This position requires a high degree of initiative, creativity, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts are on time, on budget, and delivering measurable results.
Direct Mail & Promotional Campaign Management
• Lead strategy and execution of annual direct mail planning, including budget development and audience targeting.
• Manage monthly direct mail campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring creative alignment, list management, and timely delivery.
• Oversee campaign tracking (QR codes, call tracking, URLs), invoice processing, and exclusion list compliance.
Creative Development & Brand Asset Management
• Lead content creation and copywriting efforts for all marketing collateral, ensuring messaging consistency and visual excellence across all channels.
• Partner with internal design teams and external vendors to produce creative assets and enforce brand/trademark standards.
• Maintain and distribute up-to-date asset libraries, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Campaigns & Promotions
• Own the national promotions calendar, aligning offers and messaging with key business cycles.
• Collaborate with financial partners to secure promotional financing offers and execute disclaimers and compliance documentation.
Video & Broadcast Production
• Manage end-to-end commercial and video production—including scripting, visuals, approvals, and vendor coordination.
• Support the development of non-broadcast video content for social media, training, testimonials, and customer storytelling.
Digital Marketing Collaboration
• Work alongside Email and Social Media Managers to align content and campaign strategies across platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and support content planning for digital campaigns.
Contests & Giveaways
• Oversee the execution of contests and sweepstakes, including rule creation, state filings, logistics, and promotional visibility.
• Coordinate customer engagement efforts and manage all follow-up including photography, prize fulfillment, and communications.
Sales & Brand Support
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to develop tools and materials that support sales enablement and product promotion.
• Source promotional items, sales event tools, apparel, and collateral aligned with brand positioning and operational needs.
Marketing Administration & Communication
• Maintain marketing contracts, forms, trademark renewals, and legal documentation.
• Support internal communication efforts such as newsletters and training updates.
• Lead documentation and process tracking across campaign management, internal wikis, and call center resources.
Performance Expectations/Goals:
• Project Delivery: Meet 100% of campaign launch deadlines and deliver projects within allocated budgets.
• Engagement: Support year-over-year increases in campaign engagement (click-throughs, calls, QR scans, etc.).
• Brand Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with brand, legal, and trademark standards across all marketing materials.
• Efficiency: Reduce marketing production cycle times by 10% through improved workflows and vendor management.
• Collaboration: Strengthen cross-functional communication and visibility with internal and field stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a fast-paced, multi-brand, or B2C environment.
• Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to develop compelling creative assets and collaborate with cross-functional creative teams.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and timelines across diverse marketing programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canto (or similar DAM systems), and marketing automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of video production and contest management processes is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, engaging messaging across mediums.
