Great Day Improvements / Champion Windows - Manufacturing Supply Chain System Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain System Manager to leverage data analytics and technology to optimize our supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to drive efficiencies, improve decision-making, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data management, analytics, and supply chain processes, with expertise in ERP/MRP systems, reporting tools, and automation.

1. System Assessment & Performance Improvement: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing ERP/MRP systems and identify key data bottlenecks and issues. Implement improvements to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and reduce manual interventions in MRP, planning, procurement, and inventory management. Develop greater accuracy and redundancy in end-to-end data flow and visibility from demand plan through fulfillment.

2. Integration Strategy Development: Develop and present a clear integration strategy for aligning disparate systems, improving data flow, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.

3. System Integration Project Management: Champion and manage system integration improvement projects utilizing cross-functional teams

4. Tool Recommendation & Implementation: Research, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new software and tools that can streamline and automate supply chain processes.

5. Support for Planners & Purchasing Team: Establish a support framework for the planning and purchasing teams, providing them with regular system updates, training, and troubleshooting support. Ensure that weekly and monthly reporting cycles are smooth and efficient.

6. Reporting & Analytics Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting frameworks and data analytics tools, enabling more informed decision-making within the supply chain.

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data management, or a similar role.

· ASCM/APICS CPIM certification

· Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

· Experience in forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics analytics.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
