As the Accounts Receivable/Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial processing of job-related financing, including handling multiple financing sources, collecting down payments, and ensuring proper management of financing expirations. This position involves frequent communication with finance companies, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial management of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This position reports to the Accounting Supervisor and plays a key role in supporting the overall financial management of the company.
