Great Day Improvements - Full Life Cycle Recruiter (Events/Enterprise–wide)

If you are an ambitious individual with excellent time management & communication skills with a strong focus on sourcing top talent in events and enterprise-wide, join the Great Day Improvements team!  We seek an entrepreneurial self starter who loves to collaborate and leads with influence.  This is critical to how we build our capability and pipeline of talent and the successful candidate will grow with us.   

- Create and maintain a talent pipeline and strategy for our field marketing (events/canvassing) positions as well as other potential high-level positions

- Make recommendations about field marketing recruiting strategy and assist in corporate recruiting efforts and campaigns

- Build applicant sources through colleges, networking, job fairs, database searches, social media; provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits

- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, using job sites, and other social media

- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules

- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications

- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training

- College or further education and learning in the areas of team building, talent and events marketing are a plus

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written

- Experience building and sustaining a robust pipeline of talent for a growing organization

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Solid attendance record

- Experience in Microsoft Suite

- Strong organizational skill,

- Ability to coach hiring managers in the recruiting process
