Installation Manager Job Description:

Manage all aspects of the job, post sale, from measure to completion of installation

Oversee Warehouse Manager to ensure deliveries are unloaded and accounted for

Recruit, train and manage window installers, measure technicians and service technicians

Calculate material and labor breakdown for all job costing

Order windows and job materials from distributor

Schedule installation with customers

Provide a positive experience to our customers through ensuring installers perform at a high level

Turn in installer labor invoices weekly

Manage post installation service platform

Installation Manager Job Qualifications:

• Must have experience measuring for replacement windows
• Be highly organized and have great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
• Be a self-starter
• Be able to work both proactively and reactively, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Have the desire to learn, grow and get better each day
• Be a competitor and want to win
• 5 years of experience in window installation or project management is a plus

*More Details

• Full time – 50% administrative and 50% field work
• Pay range – Salary to be commensurate with experience between $80K-$100k 
• Bonuses – quarterly and year end bonuses for exemplary performance
