The Warehouse Associate is an integral part of our warehouse team, responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials within the warehouse. Primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for the success of our warehouse operations.
Receiving and Inspection:
· Receive incoming shipments and verify their accuracy.
· Inspect and record the condition of products.
· Sort and label items for proper storage.
Storage and Organization:
· Safely store products in designated locations.
· Maintain an organized and easily accessible warehouse layout.
Order Picking and Packing:
· Accurately pull customer orders for install team.
· Ensure orders are complete and labeled correctly.
Inventory Control:
· Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
· Report damaged or missing items.
· Maintain accurate inventory records.
Equipment Operation:
· Safely operate any warehouse equipment.
· Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any issues.
Quality and Safety:
· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
· Ensure all warehouse activities meet quality standards.
· Report safety hazards and incidents to the supervisor.
Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with other warehouse associates and team members.
· Support cross-training and assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
· Previous warehouse or related experience is a plus.
· May need to be able to get a DOT Certification.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and labeling.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and Teamwork skills.
