Your Home Improvement Company - Event Manager (Lead Generation Manager) 

 

We are Looking for a Rockstar team-leader ready to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting Your Home Improvement Company’s brand at area events near you!

 

We’ll give you the tools to build your own Lead Generation Department! You and your team of Lead Generators will be responsible to generate new prospective customers in promotional booths in your town and surrounding area events, fairs, and festivals everybody's talking about!

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads that generate sales for our home improvement products at malls, events, and shows throughout your territory.
  • Research, book, and negotiate these events you and your crew will be working.
  • Build, train, manage, and lead your team of Lead Generators.
  • Ensure promotional booths are safely set-up and removed before and after every event.
  • Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.
  • Overseening Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids Events

Qualifications

  • A high-energy, positive, and focused attitude!
  • Approachable and friendly personality.
  • An excellent interpersonal communication background.
  • Can self-motivate and problem solve.
  • Can lead a team to succeed while maintaining a fun work environment.
  • Computer literacy and technologically inclined, including expansive use of Microsoft Office / Office 365.
  • Marketing / Sales / Customer Service Experience (Marketing / Sales degree not required, but recommended)
  • Open Weekend Availability is a MUST
