As an Accounts Payable Associate at Your Home Improvement Company, you will play a crucial role in our finance team. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

- Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

- Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.

- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any issues.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.

- Assist with sales tax preparation.

- Process work orders submitted by employees and subcontractors.

- QuickBooks (or related software) experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
