Champion Windows is seeking an outgoing and reliable Entry Level Field Marketing Representative to schedule hurricane resistant window and door replacements, bathroom remodeling, and roofing inspections/appointments with homeowners. Transportation is provided to local and surrounding areas. No experience necessary; PAID TRAINING (classroom and in the field). Career Advancement in the first 90 days. • Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness through face-to-face marketing.
• Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
• Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
• Schedule inspections with homeowners.

• Face to face marketing experience.
• Industry and product knowledge. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Confident, competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Results oriented professional who creates a track record of success and wants to grow in the industry.

In addition to a base pay, this position offers a commission-based compensation structure.  High performing individuals have a potential to earn between $15-$19 an hour, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between $750 - $1500/week and above.  Pay is determined by various factors, but not limited to, experience, market location, education, and certifications to name a few.
