Champion Windows - Appointment Setter

 

We are looking for upbeat & friendly Appointment Setter for our rapidly growing marketing team!

 

$35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year!! 

 

Hourly Pay PLUS Commission and Bonuses, paid out weekly. Full Benefits package.

 

You will schedule appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals or event locations as assigned.  You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects while at events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and is comfortable dealing directly with clients.

 

Hourly Base Pay:  $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities

  • Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness and knowledge to the homeowner through door-to-door marketing
  • Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free Home Hurricane/Safety Inspection & Energy Audit - No Cost or Obligation to the Homeowner
  • Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships
  • 10:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday & Rotating Saturdays (overtime) 10:00a-3:00pm

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

· Self-motivated and competitive spirit

· Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Clean driving record and reliable transportation

· Must be able to work weekends

· Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

· Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours

· Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours

· Willing to travel 10%

· In-person Role
