We accomplish this mission by having a superior hurricane-impact window product line made exclusively for our customers, Durashield, and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida. We also offer hurricane impact doors, bathroom remodeling/additions, and roofing. All our products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

HPA is seeking an outgoing and reliable Entry Level Field Marketing Representative to schedule hurricane resistant window and door replacements, bathroom remodeling, and roofing inspections/appointments with homeowners. Transportation is provided to local and surrounding areas. No experience necessary; PAID TRAINING (classroom and in the field). Career Advancement in the first 90 days. • Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness through face-to-face marketing.
• Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
• Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
• Schedule inspections with homeowners.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Face to face marketing experience.
• Industry and product knowledge. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Confident, competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Results oriented professional who creates a track record of success and wants to grow in the industry.
