Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commissions + Sign-On Bonus
Paid Training + Weekly Pay + Weekly/Monthly Bonus Incentives
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm & Rotating Saturdays 10:00am-3:00pm (overtime pay)

In the Field Marketing Representative role, you will approach and talk to a large number of people at the door of their homes. You will conduct brief presentations, and possibly present them with brochures to initiate discussions about the products you are promoting. You are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and a warm, approachable attitude at all times. Success in this role will be determined by driving public engagement and increasing the number of Demonstrations for our Sales Consultants to sell. This is a Leads Generator/Appointment Setting, not selling position.

**Gain valuable Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Business experience & Industry Knowledge. Paid to light exercise several hours a day with a consistent work schedule and weekly pay checks**

• Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness and knowledge to the homeowner through door-to-door marketing
• Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free Home Hurricane/Safety Inspection & Energy Audit - No Cost or Obligation to the Homeowner
• Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships
• 12:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday & Rotating Saturdays (overtime) 10:00a-3:00pm
