Home Performance Alliance (HPA) has over 10 years’ experience serving the Florida market. We have over 200 dedicated professionals whose only mission is to provide superior products and best-in-class customer service for each one of our homeowners. We accomplish this mission by having a superior hurricane-impact window product line made exclusively for our customers, Durashield™, and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida. We also offer hurricane-impact doors, bathroom remodeling/additions, roofing. All our products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

- Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness through direct face-to-face marketing.
- Set appointments for our outside sales representatives
- Attend team meetings and sales training sessions
· 1 year of customer service experience preerred but no experience needed
· Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
