Responsibilities

· Research, register for and coordinate local events, sponsorships, and canvassing locations to maximize sales leads/appointments generated in the field

· Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations for replacement windows for Universal Windows Direct (UWD) local sales representatives

· Recruit, hire, train and mentor field marketing teams that operate throughout the Chicago area

· Manage budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) per event/show

· Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with your manager

· Manage and approve payroll entries and updates and schedule your teams

· Evaluate performance results to identify areas for improvement

· Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team

· Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary

Qualifications

· 2+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing, retail and/or outside sales

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to grasp software for lead generation and reporting, oversee budgets and develop reports, lead a team or teams of field marketers and demonstrate products and engage with potential customers

· Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours

· Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have the ability to travel using a personal vehicle

· Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
