Hourly Base + Commissions (Average $23+ per hour)

Flexible Part time opportunities for our PM schedules!! Shift 3:15 to 8pm.

You will be speaking with people that are requesting an estimate for Home Improvement Products for their home & scheduling appointments for in home demonstrations! GREAT PEOPLE SKILLS & POSITIVE ATTITUDES ARE A MUST TO EARN BIG CASH HERE!!!

MUST work well with others, have good phone etiquette & be diligent and dependable.

· Answer incoming calls from our customers, uncover their needs and schedule a design consultation with one of our product experts or direct them to the appropriate department.

· Provide an exceptional customer experience with each call.

· Accurate entry of customer’s information into our database to set each appointment.

· Make outbound calls to potential customers as necessary for various follow-up initiatives.

· Additional administrative duties as required.

* 1-3 years’ experience working in a call center / customer care environment (preferred) 

* Excellent customer service both written and verbal

* Excellent typing and grammar skills

* Process focused - structure and consistency is key

* Great attention to detail and strong project management skills

* The ability to successfully work as part of a team and autonomously

* Appointments Plus/CRM knowledge a plus
