Home Performance Alliance - Area Sales Manager

 

Our Company is a $60 million dollar specialty remodeling company, specializing in an exclusive line of home improvement products for the residential market.

 

HPA is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to develop, grow, and lead our newly created Jacksonville & Orlando Office Branch.

 

We have unique methods of developing all our sales leads for our salesforce to receive 2-3 qualified and confirmed appointments per day. We also conduct many shows and events with beautiful displays to generate more leads.

 

Our company focuses on value-added products, so the ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to sell at higher prices than inferior products and services.

 

We pride ourselves on our lead generation capabilities, and Florida is a fantastic market to sell furnished and install home improvement projects. Florida is one of the top markets in the country.

 

If you're a proven winner, you can earn $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year. We offer a significant base salary plus lucrative overrides and profit bonuses. Auto reimbursement, gas card, and other perks included.

 

We also offer paid relocation expenses if necessary. Advancement opportunities are very obtainable given our growth and trajectory.

Responsibilities

- Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, motivating, encouraging, and developing sales closers to hit the company's standards of performance. 

- The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with executive corporate leadership to develop processes, procedures, as well as sales techniques, quotas, and strategies.

- As the leader of the division, the Manager will act as a company representative at trade association meetings, conferences, and venues.

- Within the assigned territory, the Manager is responsible for resolving customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of management experience developing sales teams (5+ sales professionals) in a similar industry (i.e. roofing, windows/doors, etc.)
  • Must have a proven track record managing high producing one case closers with a "never take no" for an answer attitude.
  • Must be familiar with "one call closing" tactics and must be able to use 3rd party calls to assist salespeople in closing more deals.
  • Must be highly organized with good time management skills along with multitasking.
  • Comprehension of CRM's and database management systems a plus.
