Home Performance Alliance - Sales Manager

 

HPA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Sales Rep/Manager to sell, develop, grow, and lead our newly hired Sales Reps and close deals themselves. Responsibilities include motivating, encouraging, shadowing, and developing sales closers to hit the company's standards of performance. The Field Sales Manager will develop processes, procedures, as well as sales techniques for new hires.

 

We have unique methods of developing all our sales leads for our salesforce to receive 2-3 qualified and confirmed appointments per day. We also conduct many shows and events with beautiful displays to generate more leads.

 

Our company focuses on value-added products, so the ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to sell at higher prices than inferior products and services.

 

We pride ourselves on our lead generation capabilities, and Florida is a fantastic market to sell furnished and install home improvement projects. Florida is one of the top markets in the country.

 

If you're a proven winner, you can earn $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year. We offer a significant base salary plus lucrative overrides and profit bonuses. Auto reimbursement, gas card, and other perks included.

 

We also offer paid relocation expenses if necessary. Advancement opportunities are very obtainable given our growth and trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Improving efficiency of existing sales team through training, involvement and leadership
  • Actively recruit new members to your team and take an active role in their success
  • Weekly sales meetings, training sessions etc.
  • Perform in-home product sales presentations with team members and on your own

Qualifications

  • Ability to adhere to a “one call close” system regarding windows/doors, roofing, or bath remodel sales deals.
  • Manage new Sales Reps and provide guidance during a “shadow” of the Rep.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience developing sales teams in a similar industry.
  • Must be familiar with "one call closing" tactics and must be able to use 3rd party calls to assist salespeople in closing more deals.
  • Must be highly organized with good time management skills along with multitasking.
  • Comprehension of CRM's and database management systems a plus.
