REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT - REPLACEMENT WINDOW COMPANY

 

Oversees all areas of Sales for APEX, inclusive of lead generation, canvassing, and in-home sales for a operations and business in DALLAS, PHOENIX, SALT LAKE CITY, PORTLAND and SEATTLE.

 

THIS POSITION REQUIRES REGIONAL TRAVEL UP TO 25 WEEKS PER YEAR

 

THIS POSITION REQUIRES CANDIDATE TO HAVE EXPERT LEVEL EXPERIENCE WITH DIRECT TO CONSUMER, IN HOME SALES.

 

THIS POSITION REQUIRES CANDIDATE TO HAVE EXPERT LEVEL EXPERIENCE WITH COLD CALL, DOOR TO DOOR MARKETING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT

 

THIS POSITION REQUIRES CANDIDATE TO HAVE EXPERT LEVEL EXPERIENCE IN THE RESIDENTIAL REPLACEMNET WINDOW INDUSTRY

 

The Regional Vice President leads a group of offices within the region and ensures delivery of:

 

· target profit margins with a focus on top line sales grow and EBIDTA.

· positive customer experience through trust, quality and delivering on our commitments.

· great employee experience founded on development, respect and accountability and fun.

· an environment built on strong relationships supporting the overall business.

· Aids in formulating and administering lead-gen and sales strategies and processes.

· Ensures execution of strategy by working with National Development Team and ESPs to ensure processes are followed consistently across the organization.

· Coordinates and initiates canvassing and sales initiatives in the areas of strategic growth. Growth opportunities are determined and approved by the COO and EVP.

Responsibilities

1. Supports the EVP, Apex in formulating and administering policies within the company’s guidelines.

2. Overseas all canvassing and sales efforts in their region.

3. Manages sales and installation of product in accordance with job specifications and Company Standards in their region.

4. Contributes with the EVP and SVP to recruiting and development utilizing the National Development team but always responsible for building a talent pipeline and progression from JSP to SSP to MSP for talent in their region and opportunities to share talent across Apex.

5. Models and champions the APEX Lead Generation / Sales / Operational structure. Working with the SVP Sales and COO to ensure region talent and aligned strategy focus on addressing market needs.

6. Ensures execution of core Flipside Marketing Strategy in their region

7. Works with the National Development Team and ESPs to ensure excellent implementation of Agoge Training system in their region.

8. Manages the branch structure and organization in their region.

9. Embeds consistent use of the Loupe system (and any future system) to ensure accuracy of data maintained to evaluate performance across their region.

10. Develops regional short-term and long-terms goals and strategize ways to achieve those goals with EVP and other leaders.

11. Manages to a forecast/budget cross region with focus on growth and performance, including expansion plans for their region.

12. Works with corporate shared services and develops strong collaborative relationships.

13. Uses Job Cost data and collaborates as necessary to ensure jobs are sold at an acceptable margin with Company guidelines/standards in their region,

14. Ensures SSP/ MSPs’ in their region: 1) follow processes related to paperwork and timely communication with customer and 2) write contracts to spec, following Company stage funding guidelines.

15. Able to energize and align the team with focus on growth and performance. Reinforcing not only what we do, but how we do it to attract and retain top contractors who develop into our future leaders across their region and all Apex.

16. Other duties as directed by the EVP or Great Day Improvements, COO.

Qualifications

Detail and goal-oriented person with demonstrated canvassing and sales success. Prior experience building a team and culture both attractive to talent and focused on performance. Should have at least ten years’ experience managing in a canvassing and/or sales environment. Prior experience in the Executive Sales partner role to equivalent in another business is key.

· Proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing high performance teams and creating a culture focused on growth mindset, trust, collaboration, and accountability for results.

· Ability to understand and execute marketing plan that aligns with company practice.

· Ability to teach fiscal management and our business/sales model.

· Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple objectives and achieve objectives.

· Ability to balance business accountability and growth with need for positive, trusted relationships cross our organization and our customers and external partners.

· Skilled in business management, including budget preparation and fiscal management.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.

· Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
