A well recognized Industry Leader, with over 45 years in business, has an opening for a Regional Sales Manager to lead, train, manage and grow our sales team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, or an exceptional Sales Professional with some managerial experience, who’s looking for their last career stop!


Compensation:
1st year: $80,000 to $150,000 per year or more
2nd year and beyond: $125,000 - $250,000+ annually (performance based)

Industry Leading Western US Sales Organization has an immediate opening for a proven Sales Manager. We are seeking an energetic, motivational, and accomplished Sales Professional who has proven experience developing and leading a sales team as well as driving sales growth. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all sales team activities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Recruit and train new sales representatives
• Report on team and individual performance
• Motivate and hold all team members accountable to established company standards
• Build new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in sales, direct “B to C” sales experience is a plus!
• Minimum 1-year verifiable experience directing a sales team of 5+ or more sales reps
• Must exhibit strong motivational and leadership qualities
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, morale and spirit among all sales and support staff
• History of success and achievement in previous position(s)
