Responsibilities

Great Day Improvements LLC is the parent organization to Patio Enclosures and Hartshorn Custom Contracting, leaders in the sunroom, pool and patio enclosures industry. We are seeking Apprentices, Installers, and Field Supervisors to join our fast-growing Tampa, FL team installing our custom-made enclosures onto our customer’s homes.

 

Our prefabrication process makes installation quick and seamless. Plus, you get paid for what you produce. There are no caps on your piece-work pay. Experienced pool cage installers are paid a premium wage. Apprentices can also get paid piece-work as you learn how to lead your own team. This is a great opportunity for entry-level talent as well as experienced individuals. Partnerships with local contractors also available.

Qualifications

· Knowledge in the use of power tools

· Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed

· Rough carpentry skills

· Comfortable with heights and working from a ladder

· Screening experience a plus, but not necessary
